Thank you for checking out my website!  I am a licensed psychologist and Naples native  with a private practice focused on women in various stages of life transition - perhaps you are having a baby, getting married, starting a new career or just became an empty-nester. Change is hard and it can helpful to have support when your life is changing around you.

It is already so difficult to reach out for help that I try to make my office a comfortable place where you can be yourself. I am an interactive and integrative psychologist and use various theories to work with my clients. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges.  

 

I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach for each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain their goals. I love to work with clients who are ready to make changes and start living the life they want.

I specialize in pregnancy and postpartum support and am certified in perinatal mental health by Postpartum Support International (PMH-C).
